Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please read our refunds policy below. 

Once you receive your order if you have any problems with it please take a picture and contact Twig and Stem within 24hrs and we will investigate further.

Unfortunately, Twig and Stem cannot accept returns on dried/preserved flowers and grasses once your order has been processed and shipped unless the items are broken and not as described. 

Dried and preserved products are natural and can vary in size, texture and length. Each stem is unique and may have natural imperfections.
